23장. Animation과 View Transition

animation은 상태 변화 이해를 돕거나 공간 관계를 유지할 때 쓴다. 장식 때문에 input 반응을 늦추지 않는다. transform과 opacity가 대체로 합성에 유리하지만 큰 layer와 filter는 메모리·GPU 비용을 만든다.

View Transition은 전후 DOM state의 시각 연결을 도와준다. 같은 문서와 cross-document 지원 범위를 분리한다. transition name 충돌, snapshot에 민감 정보 포함, focus와 history를 검토한다.

prefers-reduced-motion:reduce에서 본질적이지 않은 동작을 제거한다. duration을 0에 가깝게만 만드는 것이 충분한지 실제 사용자 흐름으로 본다.
