Boot는 dependency management, auto-configuration, embedded server, external config, actuator를 제공한다. 도메인 규칙, 권한, transaction, 장애 복구는 대신 결정하지 않는다. “annotation을 붙이면 된다”보다 condition report와 configuration properties를 읽는다.
