At a pharmacy:

처방전이 필요해요? (Cheobangjeon-i piryohaeyo?) — Do I need a prescription?
Do not let a phrasebook replace medical assessment. Show medication names, allergies, and travel insurance details to a qualified professional.
For a lost item:
가방을 잃어버렸어요. — I lost my bag.
지하철에 두고 내렸어요. — I left it on the subway.
