trigger 정확도, workflow 완료, output quality, tool safety, 중단, cost/latency를 평가한다. skill이 호출되지 않아야 할 negative fixture를 둔다. 초보자가 문서만 보고 재현하는지 본다.

release note, version, compatible product, last verified, rollback을 둔다. official product 변화 뒤 다시 검사한다.
